Online check-in

Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. With your booking reference and passport you can print your boarding pass from home and proceed directly to the airport security control if you are traveling with hand baggage only or drop checked luggage off at the Virgin Atlantic Bag Drop.

Exceptions: online check-in is not available on flights departing from Havana or Tobago.

Passengers flying out of Manchester and London Gatwick airports can download a Mobile Boarding Pass to their mobile phone and use it at designated airport touch points.

Virgin Atlantic Flying Club

Flying Club is Virgin Atlantic's loyalty programme where members can earn miles to spend on flights, upgrades, and more. Thereare three membership levels: Flying Club Red, Silver, and Gold.
