I was not aware that you might get charged 30eur extra if not getting checked in online. I was not reading instructions carefully when I recieved confirmation from you but I never faced this kind of practice at any airline compamies before. On the way from Venice to Palermo we were not charged extra however on the way back we were. So we needed to go to another place to pay 60eur for 2 of us and then go back to check in again. Really not pleasant nor cheap experience.

Outward flight good. Return had 4 hours delay due bad weather. Sat in late aircraft for nearly 4 hours. Not offered any refreshment unless paid for. On arrival in Bordeaux at 16.15 instead òf 11.55 there was only one bus so two trips had to made to get to terminal. Then the luggage failed to arrive for 40 minutes. It 1 hour 15 minutes from landing to leave the airport. Pathetic.

El vuelo de ida en Volotea se atrasó 2 horas y nadie nos dio información mientras esperábamos. En el avión no daban comida solo vendían y esta era muy mala. Los vuelos de vuelta fueron cancelados por airfrance con menos de un día de anticipación y sin darnos un vuelo alternativo de inmediato. Al tratar de contactarnos con airfrance por telefono y redes sociales no nos contestaron y finalmente tuvimos que acudir al aeropuerto para que nos cambiaran el vuelo por uno 6 horas mas tarde.
