Online check-in

Aeromexico web check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. You can print your boarding pass and go directly to the bag drop counter, or if you are traveling without luggage, proceed directly to the security control. If you choose to check in from your mobile phone you must print your boarding pass at least 60 minutes before departure at an Aeromexico kiosk.

Hand baggage allowance

On Aeromexico flights all passengers are allowed one personal item (e.g. briefcase, handbag, laptop bag) and one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 10kg and maximum dimensions of 115cm (total of length + width + height).

Checked baggage allowance

The checked baggage allowance depends on the class of travel and route:

Coach Class:

Domestic flights (Mexico): 1 piece, maximum 25kg
USA/Canada: 1 piece, maximum 23kg
Europe: 1 piece, maximum 32kg
Central America/South America/Asia: 2 pieces, maximum 23kg each
Brasil: 2 pieces, maximum 32kg each

Premier Class:

Domestic flights (Mexico): 2 pieces, maximum 30kg total
USA/Canada/Central America/Europe: 2 pieces, maximum 32kg each
South America/Brasil/Asia: 3 pieces, maximum 32kg each

Due to a delay we had to change our flight to Acapulco and from there take a bus the next day no fees where taken in charge of by the airline we were lucky to have been able to sleep at a friends house....

the web page changed my flight date several times. what caused my flight to present problems. I called the helpdesk and the Spanish department is not available which is strange since the airline is supposedly Mexican. They charged me twice more expensive for each passage just to modify it and they do not return the money for canceling it. they do not give cheap alternative options either even though they have them. very bad experience I lost a lot of money and the deal was not good

One single catastrophe. The plane made an extra stop in Cozumel. Therefore I missed the next flight and had to spend two nights in Cancun one of them at the airport. This and booking new flights lead to additional costs of approx. 700€. So what we´re doing now?
