The staff was not friendly and was not helpful at all. Very rude staff. Bad attitudes upon approach.

We had problems to arrive because something went wrong with the train. At the airport there were several improvements to the airport that interrupted ways and more than one lift wasn't working (this was an issue because we were traveling with a baby stroller besides our luggage).

The hangar had glass roof and sides. There was ian incomprehensible PA system.I speak 3 languages and could not understand even the English.
