I would be glad if you check who were that rude lady taking check ins and take actions against her! There were 2 not the oldest the other one! We didnt check in online as we disnt knkw before and she told us to pay money for check in and hand luggages without explaining to us . I asked her to please explain to us why are we going to pay that money (not because we’re paying money but why) and she were so rude shouting to us and tel us “do you want to pay or not if not you can go back from where you came” i told her to explain to us and she told me its not her job to explain but my job to check in online! Then i started to get angry and told her to not be rude with us and if she doesnt like her job she should change it and not be depressed ! (Please not that she didnt know how to speak english and maybe thats we she was so rude with us to not explain us as she didnt know! Then she sent us to an area and before we paid i asked him again to explain us why are we going to pay and gently he explained us very well and we paid without any problems. Im sorry but will not be looking to use your service again and more nit recommend it to anyone else! I hope you take actions. Thanks.
