Online check-in

Online check-in is available 24 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled flight departure on international flights and 24 hours up to 40 minutes before on US domestic flights. You can print your boarding pass or have it sent to your mobile phone and go directly to the bag drop-off or if you are traveling without checked luggage, go straight to the security control.

Hand baggage allowance

All passengers are allowed 1 small carry-on with the maximum dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23cm in addition to 1 personal item such as a handbag or briefcase.

Checked baggage allowance

The checked luggage allowance depends on the class of travel of each passenger, but the maximum weight for the free allowance is 23kg.

Economy Class: 1 free piece
First & Business Class: 3 free pieces of checked luggage

Exception: flights within and between the USA, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada do not have a free checked baggage allowance for Economy passengers. Extra charges will apply per bag.

Flight was full looked for volunteer for taking carry on luggage to check it on at desk on the plane all overhead compartments were full people with carry on luggage could go nowhere and people behind them airline crew looked totally confused ignorant if asked anything no welcome entering the plane more interested huddled together making drinks and could be overheard discussing personal issues rather than welcoming people onto the flight worse I ever seen

Not being able to choose my seat and having to pay a lot of money just so that I could sit next to my husband was one thing but then we were not served breakfast before we landed. I also slept through the dinner service and when I asked for something to eat because I woke up starving they refused and didn't even offer me a snack. Both directions had incredibly rude flight attendants. Then on our return flight we were seated in front of two children who were screaming through the entire flight. At no point in time did the parents pick them up to console them or do anything to help them and the flight attendants didn't do anything either. My husband is 6'5" and we were unable to get him a seat with extra legroom either. When I asked if I could pay for first class they told me that I had to have points to add to the price. They wouldn't just let me pay for them outright. This was insanity. The first class section wasn't even fully booked.
